Vanessa Napoles

Vanessa Napoles (she/her) completed her MBA in 2015 before moving abroad to teach English in South Korea for 7 years. After returning, she continued working with kids through ABA therapy before transitioning into mental health as a Community Coordinator at Mission Prep. After a little over a year, Vanessa advanced to the position of Residential Supervisor for Oceanaire House. Vanessa is well-prepared to excel as a Residential Supervisor in a mental health facility with her proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively across diverse populations, and maintain a calm presence in high-pressure environments . Her commitment to client safety, therapeutic progress, and collaborative care makes her a valuable addition to the Mission Prep team.
