This is a residential mental health program for girls and female-identifying individuals, with a capacity of six girls at a time. We pride ourselves on a high staff-to-client ratio.

All personal belongings must fit within your designated personal space. Teen girls here are allowed to bring a cell phone and charger, and personal instruments can be stored and checked out. Smoking and vaping are not permitted for our adolescent clients, but nicotine patches and gum can be made available with approval to support cessation.

At this residential treatment center, teens are monitored by the attentive and compassionate clinical staff, 24/7. Our clinical team is well-versed in teen development, peer dynamics, identity formation, and family systems.

We believe in supporting healthy moderation of cell phone use, rather than banning technology. At Mission Prep Teen Treatment in Bonsall, if appropriate for their treatment, girls can use their personal cell phones under supervision during clinical sessions and specialized “Tech Time” clinical groups. The house also has a landline for daily 10-minute phone calls to approved contacts.
