Brenda is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology. As a bilingual Mexican immigrant, she is passionate about youth social work and anti-oppressive practices, utilizing a holistic lens that addresses the biological, spiritual, and psychological needs of her clients while fostering a mind-body-soul connection.
