Hilda Soriano

Hilda Soriano (she/her) currently serves as a Program Manager at AMFM Mission Prep, bringing compassion, intuition, life experience, and a strong academic background to her work with adolescents in residential treatment. Hilda’s journey at Mission Prep began as an Overnight Community Coordinator, followed by her impactful tenure as a Residential Supervisor. Throughout each role, she has remained deeply committed to supporting the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of the youth in her care. In her role as Program Manager, Hilda recently led the successful expansion and opening of a new Mission Prep location in San Diego County, a major milestone that reflects her leadership, vision, and dedication to broadening access to high-quality care. She continues to lead with heart and purpose, working alongside a passionate and dedicated team to ensure every client receives the support they need to thrive. Hilda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science from California State University – Dominguez Hills. When she’s not working, she enjoys returning to her hometown of Ventura, CA to spend quality time with her siblings.
