Lorenzo Mejia serves as the Program Manager for Mission Prep Teen Treatment in Rancho Palos Verdes. He oversees all aspects of program operations, working closely with clinical and residential teams to ensure that the treatment experience is structured, collaborative, and engaging for every adolescent.
Lorenzo is a Certified Group Home Administrator with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and extensive experience in operational leadership and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). His personal and professional journey has shaped his commitment to providing the high-quality support necessary for adolescents to develop independence and achieve therapeutic progress.
His philosophy is based on treating clients with dignity and bridging the gap between operations and clinical care. Lorenzo is dedicated to creating an environment at Mission Prep that is both professional and inviting, believing that healing should include moments of fun and connection alongside clinical work.
