Sharice Hawthorne serves as a Clinical Mentor I for Mission Prep Teen Treatment in Virginia. She provides individualized support and guidance for adolescents, focusing on helping youth find their voice and navigate the complex transitions of growth and self-identity within the residential setting.

Sharice holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and has a diverse clinical background supporting college students, veterans with PTSD, and individuals with serious mental illness. Her expertise in facilitating CBT & DBT groups allows her to provide adolescents with a creative and empowered approach to their care, fostering resilience and lasting change through SMART goal setting and discharge planning.

Her clinical philosophy is based on empowering adolescents through rapport building and creative care. Sharice is dedicated to ensuring that Mission Prep provides a sophisticated and supportive environment where teenagers feel heard and supported in their individual journey toward recovery and personal identity.
