Kailey Stapel, CADC-I, B.A., serves as the Director of Operations for Mission Prep Teen Treatment in California. She oversees the operational aspects of the adolescent program, ensuring that the residential environment is safe, engaging, and supportive of the clinical objectives for youth treatment.

With a background as an experiential supervisor and certified counselor, Kailey specializes in designing engaging treatment experiences that facilitate clinical progress. Her expertise in clinical intervention allows her to bridge the gap between operations and therapeutic outcomes for adolescents and their families.
