Kailey (She/Her) is the Director of Operations for Mission Prep Healthcare California. In this role, she provides leadership and oversight across all program operations, supervising Program Managers and directing compliance efforts, policy, staff development, and resource management. Through her work and interdepartmental partnership, she ensures consistency, regulatory adherence, and high standards of client care, while upholding Mission Prep’s guiding philosophies of sustainability, vote and voice, collaboration, and family involvement. Kailey is a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC-I) who began her career working in substance use treatment, where she discovered her passion for providing clinical support and fostering meaningful change in the lives of others. Over the years, she has worked with both adult and adolescent populations in a variety of care settings, experience that continues to shape her commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care. She earned her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology, with a minor in Applied Psychology, from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University. Beyond her professional role, Kailey loves connecting with the natural world and values opportunities to travel, learn, and grow. She considers herself a lifelong learner and is dedicated to bringing curiosity, empathy, and balance into both her work and personal life.
