Will I fall behind in my schoolwork?
At our program in Rancho Palos Verdes, teens attend three hours of structured academic instruction each weekday, and are supported by an on-site master-level educator in classrooms equipped with laptops. We work to ensure you do not fall behind your home school district while attending residential treatment.
Should I bring my cell phone to treatment?
If appropriate for the teen’s treatment, personal cell phone usage is allowed under supervision during sessions with a clinical team member and during specialized “Tech Time” clinical groups. Uniquely, our program teaches healthy moderation rather than strictly banning technology. Clients also have daily access to a house landline for 10-minute calls to approved contacts during non-programming times.
