Abla Adel

Chef Abla Adel was born in Egypt, raised by a family that viewed food and cooking as a huge part of their community, with her grandmother being her greatest cooking mentor. After moving to the United States, Abla discovered her passion for sharing love through cooking for her friends and family. She attended the Art Institute of California, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and an Associates in Baking and Pastry Arts and has been a Professional Chef for 15 years.
Prior to her employment at Mission Prep, Abla was the Executive Chef for Virgin Atlantic Airlines, covering the Los Angeles region. She has had the amazing opportunity to travel to London and hone her skills through training under some of England's best chefs. Abla has further established her career through working as a Sous Chef at fine dining restaurants, such as Scopa Italian Roots, Margot, and Salt Air. Her goal at Mission Prep has been to create meals that not only provide nutritional value, but a sense of home and comfort to all the clients.
