Nyaa (She/Her) came to Mission Prep with over seven years of experience in Healthcare Management with most of her experience in Back Office Clinical Hospital Settings. She is a dedicated Program Manager with a passion for transforming the lives of adolescents struggling with mental and addictive disorders. Nyaa is driven to sucessfully oversee our comprehensive programs that provide essential support, counseling, and resources to empower young individuals on their journey to recovery.
Nyaa's educational background includes her MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from California Polytecnic Humboldt, as well as her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from San Joaquin Delta College.
Nyaa's background working with individuals of all age groups (elderly, adolescents and pediatrics) brings her true enthusiasm, devotion and expertise in helping to collaborate and implement innovative strategies to address the complex needs of adolescents at Mission Prep. She is committed to fostering a compassionate and inclusive environment, ensuring that through her strong leadership, advocacy, and a genuine commitment, she will make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need of support at Mission Prep.
