Our teen mental health retreats create a nurturing and therapeutic setting for adolescents to confront their mental health challenges. These retreats encompass a blend of individual and group therapy, outdoor activities, and life skills development, including activities such as Boxing, Surf therapy, Skateboarding Group, and Experiential Outings.
