With over 8 years of experience in adolescent residential settings, Micaela has honed her skills in communication, critical thinking, empathy, crisis management, and relationship-building. Her volunteer work with the Boys and Girls Club fueled her passion for supporting adolescents and creating safe environments. In her free time, Micaela enjoys spending time with family, roller-skating, basketball, diamond painting, reading, and playing cornhole.
