Chef Sammy is a dedicated Chef at Mission Prep, blending her culinary expertise with a passion for wellness. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a Minor in Business from James Madison University.

Sammy's career began at Aramark, focusing on food safety and meal preparation. She further refined his skills as a Pastry Chef at The Conche, specializing in upscale pastries and custom orders, and later founded Sammy Bakes, known for artisanal cakes and cupcakes.

She instructed cooking classes at the James Madison University Recreation Center, emphasizing nutrition and culinary skills to students. Sammy was also involved in a charitable endeavor Collegiate Relay for Life, raising funds for cancer research.
