Micaela is a Clinical Mentor at Mission Prep. Micaela has earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Child Devleopment and is working towards earning a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Micaela has worked in adolescent residential settings for over 8 years. Micaela’s experiene has expanded her communication skills, critical thinking skills, listening skills, empathy skills, interpersonal skills, and crisis management skills. Micaela’s past volunteer/intership experience with the Boy’s and Girl’s Club grew her passion to continue connecting and supporting adolescents and working to provide a safe and caring environment. Micaela enjoys connecting with individuals and growing relationships, spending time with her family, and engaging in various hobbies, such as rollerskating, basketball, diamond painting, reading, and playing cornhole.
