“Sandy Ho (She/Her) has stepped into the role of Residential Supervisor here at Mission Prep. She started her journey at Mission Prep as a community coordinator. Sandy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Asian American Studies from California State University, Fullerton. Sandy has worked in both behavioral and mental health fields specializing in adolescent treatments for 8 years. She began her career working at non-profit organizations specializing in developmental disability support. Then, she transitioned into providing 1:1 therapy in the home settings utilizing ABA and DIR approaches. Her goal is to become a therapist utilizing her Asian American Studies to emphasize focus on complex family dynamics and cultral stigmas in the community. She is a dedicated and compassionate professional with a strong passion for youth development and empowerment with a deep commitment to guiding and supporting teens through their challenges. Outside of the professional setting, Sandy is an adventurer with a passion for exploring new places, hiking scenic trails, and indulging in delicious food from around the world.”
