Alexandra Solea is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over seven years of experience in the field of social work, providing compassionate, high-quality care across diverse clinical settings. She specializes in adolescent mental and behavioral health treatment, high-acuity and crisis stabilization, trauma-informed care, and family systems. Alexandra’s professional philosophy is grounded in ethical, collaborative, and evidence-informed practice, with a strong focus on supporting clients and families in achieving stability, growth, and meaningful, lasting change. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated leadership by mentoring and guiding clinicians, collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams, and supporting high-acuity programs. In recognition of her outstanding contributions and positive impact within an emergency department setting, Alexandra was honored with the Director’s Choice Award in 2025. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Social Work to further strengthen her leadership and clinical expertise, with a particular focus on mental health disparities and equity.
