Returning to residential care, Cynthia quickly advanced to a supervisory role—serving as a supervisor for the past five years after just one year in direct support. Known for her humor, approachability, and steady presence in high-stress situations, Cynthia fosters a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and residents.
