Cynthia Orozco

Cynthia is the Residential Supervisor for Limber Pine House at Mission Prep, a residential program supporting female-identifying adolescents. With over nine years of experience in youth residential and behavioral health services, she brings both expertise and compassion to her leadership role. Cynthia began her career as a Youth Support Worker in a high-level care group home serving teens with significant challenges, including aggression and self-harm. She later transitioned to a PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) school setting, assisting in classrooms for students whose behavioral needs could not be met in traditional public schools. Returning to residential care, Cynthia quickly advanced to a supervisory role—serving as a supervisor for the past five years after just one year in direct support. Her professional journey has equipped her with the skills to provide high-quality care and make confident, informed decisions for Limber Pine House. Known for her humor, approachability, and steady presence in high-stress situations, Cynthia fosters a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and residents. She is deeply passionate about her work and takes pride in helping clients grow into stronger, more resilient individuals.
