Kelsey Wetherald serves as Residential Supervisor at Longform Farm, where she oversees daily operations and leads a team dedicated to supporting adolescents as they navigate their individualized mental health journey. Holding a Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and a background in crisis intervention and the treatment of substance use disorders, Kelsey ensures a safe, structured, and compassionate environment where adolescents can feel seen and heard exactly as they are. Kelsey works closely with both clinical and operations teams to promote stability, growth, and resilience in the youth Mission Prep serves.
