Quintessa began her career as a Youth Support Worker in a high-level care group home, where her commitment and leadership skills were quickly recognized. After only a short time in direct care, she was promoted into management and has since spent the majority of her career in supervisory and leadership positions. Alongside her professional growth, she pursued formal education in the field, obtaining a certificate in Human Services to strengthen her knowledge and ability to serve adolescents effectively.
