Quintessa Price is the Residential Supervisor for Eagle Mountain House at Mission Prep. With over 12 years of experience in residential and behavioral health services, she brings strong leadership, compassion, and dedication to her role. Quintessa began her career as a Youth Support Worker in a high-level care group home, where her commitment and leadership skills were quickly recognized. After only a short time in direct care, she was promoted into management and has since spent the majority of her career in supervisory and leadership positions. Alongside her professional growth, she pursued formal education in the field, obtaining a certificate in Human Services to strengthen her knowledge and ability to serve adolescents effectively. Her background has provided her with the skills to remain calm and decisive in high-stress situations, while fostering a supportive and structured environment for both staff and residents. Known for her humor, approachability, and steady presence, Quintessa is dedicated to empowering her team and creating safe spaces where adolescents can heal and grow. She takes pride in guiding residents toward resilience and independence, planting seeds of hope that prepare them for brighter futures.
