Kailey Stapel
Experiential Supervisor
Kailey (She/Her) is the Experiential Supervisor for Mission Prep Healthcare. In her role, she manages the design and execution of a treatment experience for clients and their families that is both therapeutically challenging and engaging. Through her interdepartmental associations, Kailey assures our guiding treatment philosophies of sustainability, vote and voice, collaboration, and family involvement are at the forefront of everything we do. She finds purpose in her work with clients and their families by facilitating group therapy, multi-family group therapy, and family support group.
Kailey is a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC-I) who has worked with both adult and adolescent populations in a variety of care settings. Additionally, she is a Certified Group Home Administrator with the Community Care Licensing Division of the California Department of Social Services. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology, with a minor in Applied Psychology, from University of California, Santa Barbara. Kailey is currently working towards a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University to pursue her passion for helping others through clinical intervention.
